In the case of Ecoservice di Santarelli Paolo, certification was issued for finished products, with a percentage of recycling, based on the product categories, which varies from 50.7% to 99.6%. This is a traceability scheme, compliant with the Public Procurement Laws and CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria). For more information: www.remadeinitaly.it

  • REACH (EC) Directive n. 1907/2006 REACH is a European Regulation concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances, approved on 18 December 2006 by the European Parliament, with the aim of improving the protection of human health and the environment from risks that can arise from chemicals. REACH places new responsibilities on the European industry regarding the management of the risks of chemicals and the transmission of appropriate safety information to professional users and, as regards the most dangerous substances, also to consumers. This regulation, among the various obligations, requires the compilation of a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) which must be drawn up according to precise parameters that provide important information on the use of the product. This document can be requested at any time by the competent authority or by the purchaser for appropriate checks. Ecoservice di Santarelli Paolo is able to provide the corresponding Safety Data Sheets for all remanufactured products, in compliance with this Regulation.

  • WEEE Directive no. 2012/19 / EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment Ecoservice di Santarelli Paolo operates in a context of Circular and eco-sustainable economy whose pillars are Recycling, Reuse and Reduction of emissions: remanufactured cartridges are considered "electronic equipment" by the WEEE Directive. Our products are therefore marked with the appropriate crossed-out bin symbol: the product must not be treated as domestic waste and must be disposed of separately from other waste to allow for adequate treatment and recycling. Following these instructions ensures that the product is treated correctly in order to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and human health, while favoring the reuse and / or recycling of materials.
  • AMES TEST The AMES tests performed by SSCCP have reported negative results on the toxicity and mutagenic potential of Ecoservice toners.

Moreover, Ecoservice has regulatory licenses as required by the Italian Law to collect, transport and deal with empties cartridges and toners. To download Ecoservice's authorizations, please click here.
