YOUTH PROJECT
Despite this period of worldwide and especially local economic crisis, Ecoservice is undertaking a policy which aims to employ young people, in order to develop their own professional skills and accordingly to grant them a stable job.
In contrast to the difficult institutional situation, Ecoservice has been always increasing its business . As for the employment, within 10 years our workforce is increased from 3 to the current 47 employees, coming from Matelica and local surroundings. We have mainly focused on the young people and their professional training. As an evidence of this, in the last years the apprentices have been reached the 30% of our workforce.
Even if the average age has been increased from 24 to the current 32 years also because of the employment of graduates, it still remains very low. The percentage of female employees is about 30%.
Our human resource management policy focuses on creating a serene workplace where each employee may achieve his personal satisfaction.
The large number of application forms we daily receive and the job interviews we hold in our company show that many young people would like to work with us, considering Ecoservice a young, dynamic and pleasant workplace. This is a great satisfaction to us.
